Kevin Ray

Licensed Property Manager

Kevin is co-owner of Accord Property Management and has a background in sales, IT, and Real Estate. After being born in Alaska then living in Colorado, Texas, and Europe, Kevin finally felt at home while visiting Montana for the first time. Kevin likes to say that he wasn't born in Montana, but he got here as quick as he could.

Kevin attended the University of Montana in Missoula where he studied computer science and business, including courses in accounting and business law. Kevin has an extensive background in Real Estate as an investor in rental properties and has nearly 200 hours advanced education in Property Management, Real Estate, and Appraisal. Kevin puts his education and experience to work for his clients.

Monica Ray

Monica is co-owner of Accord Property Management. She grew up in Western Montana where her family homesteaded in the early 1900's. Monica has a bachelor's degree from Colorado State University and has completed graduate courses in business at the University of Montana. Monica has ten years of experience in marketing, communications, and business development for large corporations. She has held executive positions, led corporate strategic and business planning efforts, designed marketing plans, evaluated companies for potential acquisition, and handled advertising and public relations campaigns.
